Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Montessori-Certified Preschool Teacher to become part of our early childhood team. We are seeking a teacher who is supportive, imaginative, and embraces the Montessori philosophy. The ideal candidate will foster independence, curiosity, and a lasting passion for learning in every child, while helping to create a welcoming classroom atmosphere.
Main Duties
- Design and provide captivating, age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities.
- Sustain a meticulously arranged, organized, and engaging Montessori setting.
- Watch, evaluate, and record children’s growth and advancement.
- Encourage each child’s unique educational path, promoting autonomy and self-control.
- Work together with peers and help foster a supportive, collaborative school environment.
Necessary Skills or Qualifications
- Montessori Teaching Certification or Diploma from an accredited training organization.
- At least 3 years of experience instructing in a Montessori preschool setting.
- Deep understanding of Montessori teaching methods and application of Montessori resources.
- A kind, understanding, and considerate method for managing the classroom.
- Outstanding oral and written communication abilities
