Data Entry Officer Needed at Price Brokers Ghana
Job Description
- Firstly, prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
- Secondly, check source documents for accuracy
- Thirdly, verify data and correct data where necessary
- Moreover, obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Additionally, update data and delete unnecessary files
- Furthermore, combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
- Then, enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
- Afterwards, transcribe information into required electronic format
- Last but not least, scan documents into document management systems or databases
- Finally, check completed work for accuracy
Qualification Required & Experience
- 3 years professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in data centre management and data governance
- Minimum of a diploma
Location: Okaishi, Accra
