Job Overview
This position is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Accra. The Digital Marketing Manager will be tasked with creating and implementing digital marketing strategies, handling social media marketing initiatives, supervising lead generation activities, and using web analytics to track and enhance performance. The position requires working with different departments to achieve marketing objectives and recognizing new opportunities for brand development and interaction.
Duties:
- Creating and managing every facet of our digital marketing division, including our marketing database, email initiatives, and display ad campaigns.
- Creating and overseeing campaign budgets.
- Organizing and overseeing our social media channels.
- Creating precise reports on the overall effectiveness of our marketing campaign.
- Collaborating with advertising and media professionals to enhance marketing outcomes.
- Recognizing the most recent trends and technologies influencing our sector.
- Collaborating with your team to generate fresh and creative growth strategies.
- Supervising and coordinating all competitions, promotions, and various online initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Advertising, Prospect Acquisition, and Promotion
- Familiarity with Social Media Promotion and Website Analysis
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and effective strategies.
- Outstanding communication and project management abilities
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams from various functions.
- Familiarity with the beauty and personal care sector is advantageous.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a similar discipline
