POSITION: Marketing/Sales Officers
Job Responsibilities
The Marketing Department is our primary business division that assists in promoting and selling the company’s brand and products.
Our primary marketing functions encompass grasping audience requirements, crafting unique brand messaging, choosing the best channels, producing leads through various touchpoints, enhancing sales growth, and fostering enduring customer loyalty.
Our organization seeks marketing/sales representatives to handle lead generation and achieve sales targets for our household goods.
Main Duties
- Producing prospects.
- Achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Help establish pricing plans for estimates, discounts, and discussions.
- Creating weekly and monthly reports.
- Delivering sales pitches to various potential customers.
- Grasping and advocating for corporate initiatives.
- Acquiring deposits and payment balances from customers.
- Drafting and submitting sales agreements for orders.
- Meeting with current and prospective clients to assess requirements or market products and services.
- Keeping records of clients.
- Responding to client inquiries regarding credit terms, products, pricing, and stock status.
Required Skills or Experience
- WASSE/Diploma/HND in business, marketing, economics, or a similar area.
- Skilled in and comprehend the marketing and sales processes and their dynamics.
- A dedication to outstanding customer service, effective communication, and interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to swiftly establish rapport with customers and suppliers alike.
- Should be capable of communicating in at least two local languages (Twi is essential).
- Capable of operating effectively in a high-speed setting.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a valid license.
- Age requirement is from 20 years old up to a maximum of 37 years old.
- Candidates must be prepared to work in Kumasi, as the position is based in the Kumasi-Ashanti Region.
Requirements will comprise, but not be limited to:
- Possessing a thorough comprehension of the sales process and its dynamics, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Dynamic and goal-focused
- Demonstrating loyalty, dependability, and timeliness, along with the capability to perform with minimal or no oversight in the applied position.
- Working extra hours when needed.
- Possess experience in sales within the local market.
