POSITION: Quality Evaluator
Job Description
The Quality Evaluator monitors and assesses inbound and/or outbound calls as well as other methods of customer interaction (such as email and chat) for precision and compliance with set quality benchmarks. This role helps evaluate quality standards, offering insights to clients to enhance program performance.
To succeed in this position, you need to be fully flexible to work different shifts from Monday to Sunday.
Because of remarkable expansion, we’re looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service to become part of our skilled Quality team at our new office in Accra City Centre!
What your tasks will be
- Assesses, reviews, and/or inspects a selection of incoming and/or outgoing calls and various communication methods such as chat and email.
- Fulfill departmental productivity expectations (e.g. quantity of calls reviewed monthly, amount of emails assessed, etc.) and communicate evaluation outcomes to relevant Business stakeholders (Quality Leadership, Delivery Team, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners).
- Engage in calibration sessions and call listening meetings with Quality personnel, Delivery teams, and clients to guarantee uniform scoring and adherence to best practices.
- Engage in internal quality audits (for instance, regular audits of current processes to assess control and efficiency) aimed at enhancing overall contact quality and suggesting modifications.
- Sustain a solid understanding of programs; fundamental awareness of client products, services, and/or strategic initiatives.
- Engage in quality task forces alongside Business stakeholders (Quality Leadership, Operations, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners); fulfill phone time to stay updated on programs (where relevant).
- Assist in upkeeping documents related to forms and legends.
- Aid management in emphasizing the evaluation of essential drivers, metrics, and operational procedures (including Training) that influence Balanced Scorecards and affect profitability objectives.
What you will require
- Associate’s Degree in a relevant area from a four-year institution with 2 years of desired experience.
- Sharp focus on specifics.
- Self-motivated, has a strong sense of urgency, and performs effectively under pressure.
- Proven capability to handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines for deliverables.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication abilities, in both writing and speaking
