POSITION: Sales Representative
About the Position
We’re Recruiting! Become a part of the Pink Panda Bakery as a Sales Representative.
Are you enthusiastic about excellent customer service and passionate about everything related to cake? Pink Panda Bakery seeks a Sales Representative to become part of our delightful and expanding team.
What You Will Accomplish:
- Answer and reply to customer calls and messages
- Suggest the ideal cakes and sweets for any event
- Handle and oversee client orders in our system.
- Manage deliveries and guarantee a seamless customer experience from beginning to end.
- Encourage additional purchases and complementary products to boost sales and satisfy every customer.
- Foster strong connections with customers to promote return purchases.
- Finalizing all agreements with potential clients.
- Assisting in establishing pricing plans for estimates, offers, and discussions.
- Creating reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Delivering sales pitches to various potential customers.
- Aligning sales initiatives with marketing strategies.
- Grasping and advocating for organizational initiatives.
- Collecting deposits and payment balances from customers.
- Drafting and delivering sales agreements for purchases.
- Meeting with clients and prospective clients to assess requirements or market products and services.
- Keeping client documentation.
- Lastly, responding to client inquiries regarding credit terms, product offerings, pricing, and stock availability.
Whom We Seek:
- An approachable, self-assured speaker with outstanding customer care abilities.
- An individual focused on sales and attentive to details
- A collaborative individual who excels in a dynamic, imaginative bakery atmosphere
- Background in sales or customer service, particularly in food or hospitality, is advantageous.
