Canada Work Permit: Move to Canada in 14 Days – No LMIA, No IELTS, No Age Limit | IMP 2023

By using the International Mobility Program 2023, move to Canada in two weeks. It could be difficult to find work in Canada while you’re still back home because companies there have to receive a good labor market effect assessment before they hire someone from abroad. What if we told you that you wouldn’t need to finish a labor market impact assessment to migrate to Canada and begin working there?

There is no prerequisite for IELTS or a high level of education, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Therefore, you won’t have to wait six to eight months for the decision on your application. You can enter Canada in two weeks with a high school diploma.

This update will describe the special plan. Within two weeks, you can apply to immigrate to Canada and begin working. Find all the details in this article.

Program for International Mobility

Under the IMP immigration program, no labor market impact assessment (LMIA) is necessary when employing foreign workers in Canada with work permits. To hire and bring in a foreign worker to come and work in Canada, Canadian businesses will not be required to obtain an LMIA if the position benefits the country’s economic and cultural interests.

The International Mobility Program’s application process and turnaround time are simpler and shorter than those of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program because there is no LMIA requirement.

Some of the Canadian immigration routes covered by the international mobility program are the ones listed below.

  • Graduate Work Permit Program
  • International Experience Canada (IEC)
  • International free trade agreements
  • Intra-company transfer program
  • Bridging open work permit
  • Circumstances of social or cultural benefit to Canada

Who is Eligible to Apply for the International Mobility Program

The following individuals are eligible to apply for the program:

  • International trade agreements like the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA) and the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) apply to people entering Canada.
  • Second, those with open work permits who enter Canada
  • Third, those traveling to Canada on business-related transfers

Open Work Permit

A worker with an open work permit is permitted to work for any employer for the duration of the permit under the International Mobility Program. An open restricted permit, however, may impose restrictions on the employer but not on the place or the occupation. According to program regulations, only foreign nationals exempt from a labor market impact assessment (LMIA) are qualified to get an open work permit.

At the port of entry or after arriving in Canada, the foreign citizen may apply for an open work visa outside of Canada.

Types of Open Work Permits

Open work permits come in two varieties: those that are unrestricted and allow foreigners to work in any profession and those that have restrictions on where they can do so. Depending on the category and the applicant’s health, open work permits may be issued with regional restrictions or vocational limitations.

How to Apply for an International Mobility Program

To hire a foreign worker through the international mobility program, an employer must fulfill the requirements. The employer must; apply for the international mobility program (IMP);

In the first place, submit a formal job offer via the IMP employer portal.
Once all costs are paid and all conditions have been met, the employer will receive an employment number. Such an employer will subsequently use the IRCC employer portal to present you with a job offer.

As a result, using this method to enter Canada might be a great idea. If your company has a branch in Canada, you can easily seek to be transferred there to work through the international mobility program, which is fantastic for intra-company transfers to apply for a work permit abroad, if you have any family or contacts who are willing to provide you a job via IMP.

However, if your application is approved and you meet the conditions to work in Canada, employees will lead this number. If you already reside in Canada or applied when you entered the country, a Canada Border Services offer will grant you a letter of introduction (LOI), a work permit, or a new work permit.

Your letter of introduction is returned in exchange for a work permit. Your work permit alone won’t be enough to let you enter Canada. You might be required to go through a medical test as part of the application procedure for a visitor’s visa or electronic travel authorization (ETA), depending on the kind of work you’ll be doing in Canada and where you lived the year prior.

Further Details

Once you get your work permit and visitor’s visa or ETA, you can move to Canada to start your new job. Through the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) of the express entry program, you can apply for permanent residency. You can move to Canada with your entire family after just one year of employment, regardless of whether you work full- or part-time under NOC skill types under the International Mobility Program.

Your application for permanent residency can also include your independent family members, and you can all apply for and be granted residency at the same time. If you have any friends, family, or connections in Canada who can provide you with a job through the international mobility program, you will be able to relocate there to work in the next two weeks.

The worldwide mobility program 2023 offers you a special chance to shift in just two weeks. This program offers a different path that avoids the requirement for a labor market impact study, which might make finding employment in Canada from your home country difficult.
