Job Responsibilities
- Diagnosing problems with hardware and software.
- Verifying compliance with electrical safety regulations.
- Fixing or substituting broken equipment.
- Enhancing the complete system to support compatible software across all computers.
- Setting up and updating anti-virus software to maintain security for users.
- Conducting assessments and trials of new software and hardware.
- Offering assistance to users and serving as the initial contact for error notifications.
- Building strong connections with every department and coworker.
- Performing daily backup tasks.
- Overseeing technical documentation.
- Setting up and configuring hardware and software elements to guarantee functionality.
Skills and Qualification
- Skilled in software installation and database programming.
- Focus on specifics.
- Strong ability to solve problems.
- Diploma or HND
- Over 2 years of professional experience
- Outstanding abilities in written and spoken communication.
- Strong communication abilities.
