Apply For Citizenship by Investment for a Family of Six or More

The Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship by Investment program gives families with six or more people the quickest way to become citizens. There is no limit to how many people can apply. Siblings, children, parents, and grandparents can all apply under one family application.

Through the University of the West Indies Donation Fund (UWI), Antigua and Barbuda offers the cheapest way to become a citizen of any Caribbean country. This saves families a lot of money. This choice is only open to families with six people or more.

Applicants to the Citizenship by Investment program who choose this choice will have to invest US$150,000 for a family of six (6) or more (the minimum number of people per application is six). UWI also lets one family member get a tuition-only scholarship for one year at the University of the West Indies if they choose this choice.

Government Contribution to the University of the West Indies (UWI) Fund

A. For a family of six:-

• Contribution of US$150,000, which includes handling fees

B. Family with 7 people or more:

• US$150,000 Fees for Processing Contributions:
• US$15,000 for each extra child

NDF vs UWI fund

Antigua CIP has two different giving funds: NDF and UWI. They are not the same thing. Many people who want to get citizenship through the CBI don’t know that the UWI fund is only for families of six or more and is cheaper than asking for citizenship through the National Development Fund (NDF).

We looked at how much it would cost for a family of seven to become citizens of Antigua. This included the main candidate, his or her spouse, three children under 10 years old, and two parents. The UWI will save you USD 35,000 in government fees.

Family people who are eligible

Antigua CBI is a program that makes it easy for family members of all kinds to get citizenship. There are ways to include family members, even children who haven’t been born yet. Children under 18 who want to become citizens don’t have to show a document from the cops to prove they are who they say they are. Children under 12 don’t have to pay due diligence fees.

• spouse of the main applicant;
• child of the main applicant or his or her spouse who is 0–30 years old (biological or legally adopted child of the main applicant or of the spouse of the main applicant);
• parents of the main applicant or his or her spouse who are 55 years old or older;
• grandparents of the main applicant or his or her spouse who are 55 years old or older;
• unmarried siblings of the main applicant or his or her spouse;

Future family

It’s important to remember that if you don’t apply for citizenship for family members at the same time, it will cost more to do so later. Take note of the fee.

A person who will marry the main application. (There is a fee of $50,000 to apply.) A future partner of a child who is financially dependent on the main applicant. A future child of a child who is financially dependent on the main applicant. (A fee of US$10,000 must be paid for children under the age of 6, and a fee of US$20,000 must be paid for children between the ages of 6 and 17).
