The Home Office just released the most recent updates to the UK Immigration Rules. The statement also refers to the modifications to the EU visa process, which are anticipated to affect upcoming visa requests and their prerequisites.
In its recently released Statement of Amendments to the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS), the Home Office has provided clarifications. For those who are unaware, the EUSS was created to make it possible for EU nationals and their families to apply to remain in the UK after the EU leaves.
The Home Office also clarified conditions for long-term, unmarried partners of the European Union (EU), European Economic Areas (EEA), and Swiss nationals. Only those with other legitimate reasons for remaining in the UK before December 31, 2020, can apply.

The current Zambrano exemptions for primary care providers who are British citizens are also included in Appendix EU. As a result, they can depend on this special status even if they come to the UK with an EUSS family permit. Also, the appendix includes other visa routes that were previously available for EU migration before Brexit.
In addition, the right to administrative review, a formal request to the Home Office to reconsider an immigration decision that it mistakenly made, has been changed.
