POSITION: Teaching Assistants
Job Description
AGA Schools is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants to become part of our vibrant team. We are dedicated to creating a nurturing and welcoming educational atmosphere that encourages scholarly achievement and individual development.
Duties:
- Collaborating with the head teacher to oversee the class timetable.
- Helping educators with lesson planning by organizing resources and arranging equipment.
- Reviewing lesson content with students one-on-one or in small teams.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy classroom setting.
- Supervising students during times outside of classes, such as between lessons, at lunch, and during field trips.
- Partnering with lead educators to identify challenges students encounter and propose remedies
- Recording student advancement and updating parents to keep them aware.
- Assisting lead teachers in developing lesson plans.
- Adhering to the rules and regulations of the state, school, and class.
- Participating in every training session, parent meetings, and staff gatherings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education in Fundamental Education from a recognized institution
- Certified educator with at least 3 years of in-class experience
- Enthusiastic about education and student growth
- Thorough comprehension of educational practices and effective classroom strategies.
- Should possess a kind and optimistic demeanor.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
