POSITION: Chief Operations Officer 

First Vision Technologies is recruiting a strategic and results-driven Chief Operations Officer (COO) to provide executive leadership within our organization. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional to plan and execute operational strategies that align with our overarching business goals. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving growth, and ensuring excellence across all service and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities and Scope

As COO, you will assume comprehensive responsibility for operational, financial, and developmental leadership.

  • Provide executive leadership in designing and implementing operational strategies to achieve key organizational objectives.
  • Oversee all daily business operations to ensure maximum efficiency, regulatory compliance, and consistent service excellence.
  • Drive sales initiatives, business development, and sustainable revenue growth through the effective execution of strategic plans.
  • Lead financial and operational performance management, including budgeting, detailed reporting, and proactive risk management.
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Build and manage high-value strategic partnerships to support business expansion and strengthen market presence.
  • Foster an organizational culture that champions innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop senior managers to ensure the effective delivery of both departmental and corporate goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a closely related field. An MBA is strongly preferred.
  • Have a minimum of eight years of progressive leadership experience, including at least three years in a senior operations management role.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in business operations, revenue generation, and strategic execution.
  • Show a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving measurable, sustainable business growth.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decisive decision-making capabilities.
  • Possess strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Must be a current resident of Ghana.
