POSITION: Sales Executive
Zonda Tec Ghana Limited, a premier assembler and distributor of commercial vehicles, is expanding its sales team. We are seeking dynamic Sales Executives to work collaboratively with our sales department in developing and executing effective sales plans and strategies for our vehicle brands. Successful candidates will help identify market trends and growth opportunities, requiring a passion for sales strategy and a readiness to excel in a results-driven environment.
Role Purpose and Responsibilities
You will be instrumental in driving sales performance and ensuring an exceptional customer journey from initial contact to final delivery.
- Welcome and professionally attend to all walk-in customers at our showroom.
- Introduce the full Zonda vehicle range, including pickups, SUVs, and light to heavy trucks, to potential clients, clearly explaining features, pricing, and financing options.
- Diligently follow up on sales leads, assist in closing deals, and coordinate the seamless delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and After-sales teams to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
- Participate in strategy sessions with the marketing manager and internal teams to enhance marketing approaches.
- Actively sell the company’s portfolio of heavy-duty vehicles, light-duty vehicles, SUVs, and machinery.
- Help identify key marketing trends and potential areas for innovation and growth.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, carefully listening to their needs and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
- Create regular sales and financial performance reports and reviews.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Gather and relay essential customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of two years of working experience as a Sales Executive or Marketer, preferably within the automobile industry, is highly advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrate the capability to thrive in a target-driven and performance-oriented setting.
- Possess analytical skills to forecast sales trends and identify potential market challenges.
