POSITION: Finance Analyst

Main Responsibilities:
The Finance Analyst will report to the department manager and be tasked with auditing and approving PCards reconciliations according to corporate standards, sending reminders to card users for missing documentation, and collaborating with the PCARd administrator on card suspensions.
- Timely receiving, sorting, coding for VAT, and scanning AP invoices into the AP ERP system in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Ready employee T&E Claims for scanning, scan them, and forward the data to Accenture.
- Receiving and forwarding any collection letters to AP.
- Respond to incoming calls from both internal and external sources.
- Storing the documents obtained post-scanning.
- Collaborate with all parties involved concerning the details of received and scanned paperwork.
- Compilation of the matrix data regarding the number of documents obtained and digitized.
Basic Qualification:
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Fundamental understanding of invoicing—what the appearance of the invoice should be, which components the invoice includes.
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in English for both written and spoken communication; foundational knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities
