About the Position

The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in our sales team, essential for securing a significant number of restaurants and stores for the Bolt Food platform. The position targets clients who have shown interest in joining, while also incorporating outbound outreach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that align well with the platform, making this entry-level sales role perfect for new sales professionals.

Daily tasks include managing a high volume of leads, qualifying clients who have registered, and following up with prospects who require additional motivation to activate their listings. You will aid the larger sales team by helping with administrative duties and initiatives to promote team-wide outcomes. This is a role in phone sales. Success in this role requires attention to detail and confidence in following up with clients to generate enthusiasm for joining Bolt Food.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Evaluate, eliminate duplicates, and rank new leads according to defined standards to optimize the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with teams such as Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and colleagues throughout the Baltics.
  • Phone Sales: Manage the entire sales process of incoming leads and carry out focused outbound outreach to SMB prospects by starting contact, presenting persuasive sales pitches, and finalizing with contract signings.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and conduct activation calls to launch new restaurants.
  • Administrative tasks: Effectively collect all required information and documents from partners, guaranteeing a smooth transition to active operations.
  • CRM upkeep (Salesforce): Log, revise, and verify all daily tasks conducted in the CRM to ensure all pertinent information remains current.

About you:

  • Proficiency in the English language, in both spoken and written communication, is crucial.
  • Self-assured, initiative-driven, and excel in discussions. Unhesitant to engage with others, pose inquiries, and advance conversations. Excellent communication abilities and an innate talent for relating to people are essential.
  • Well-organized, dependable, and take satisfaction in ensuring accuracy in details. Can handle several tasks simultaneously without overlooking anything, guaranteeing that nothing is overlooked and everything operates seamlessly.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial, although it’s not a requirement for this position.
  • Ambition & Growth Mindset – Motivated to advance in the position and enhance their career.
  • Receptive Mindset – Willing to accept criticism and enthusiastic about gaining knowledge.
