Job Overview
This is a permanent, in-office position for a Financial Manager located in Tema, Ghana. The Financial Manager will supervise the organization’s financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance activities.
Main duties involve overseeing the accounting staff, handling financial transactions, creating and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with Ghanaian tax laws and regulations, and upholding robust internal control systems. The position also includes delivering strategic financial analysis to aid management in decision-making and promote overall business development
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant with full qualifications (ACCA, ICA Ghana, or similar).
- 4–5 years of experience in the industry, service sector, or professional accounting field.
- Solid experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong grasp of Ghanaian tax legislation, legal compliance, and financial rules.
- Proven expertise in overseeing teams and managing internal controls.
- Robust analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Expertise in accounting applications and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable discipline.
- Desired: Previous experience in the fuel or logistics sector.
Remuneration
- Compensation: GHS 4,000+(Gross) monthly.
