POSITION: Senior Copywriter

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Concept Creation: Partner with art directors, strategists, and designers to develop foundational ideas for integrated campaigns. Your work will span digital media, print, social platforms, and broadcast.
  • Craft Exceptional Copy: Write compelling, original copy for diverse channels, including websites, advertisements, social content, email campaigns, and video scripts. Every word must align with the client’s brand strategy and voice.
  • Engage with Clients: Confidently present creative concepts to clients. Additionally, gracefully incorporate feedback and refine copy while protecting the creative vision.
  • Mentor Emerging Talent: Guide junior copywriters by providing supportive feedback and helping cultivate a productive, collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Utilize Research and Insights: Continuously analyze industry trends, audience behaviors and competitor activities. Use these insights to inspire and strengthen your creative work.
  • Uphold Brand Excellence: Ensure consistent application of brand voice across all projects and touchpoints. You will guard quality and coherence in every deliverable.

Essential Qualifications for Success

  • Candidates must hold a relevant higher education degree. Furthermore, you need over five years of experience within a creative agency or similar setting.
  • Present an outstanding portfolio demonstrating diverse work across multiple media formats and industries.
  • Show a strong grasp of core marketing principles, brand strategy, and consumer psychology.
  • Exhibit exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Thrive under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Communicate and present ideas with clarity and confidence.
  • Possess practical experience with digital content strategy and current best practices.
  • Demonstrate skill in scriptwriting for video, radio, and digital formats.
