POSITION: AI integration teacher-trainer

Role Overview: AI Integration Educator-Developer
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven educators to serve as AI Integration Mentors in the educational system. This position is a full-time, in-person job based in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, Ghana.
The perfect candidate is an exceptional educator prepared to teach and guide. We seek educators who possess a strong inclination for technology and are committed to guiding their colleagues, rather than AI specialists. Edupro Consult will offer extensive, paid, specialized training to convert you into a professional in AI integration.
Your Actions (The Train-the-Trainer Approach)
- Specialized Program: Finish the rigorous training course offered by Edupro Consult, acquiring proficiency in the ethical and practical use of particular AI tools for teaching, learning, and administrative efficiency.
- Curriculum Development: Create and modify practical, straightforward training modules and materials suited to the unique requirements of GES educators.
- Peer Mentorship: Facilitate practical workshops, seminars, and individual coaching sessions to support colleagues in seamlessly and confidently incorporating AI into their teaching environments.
- Assistance & Assessment: Offer continuous support to educators after training and assess the impact of AI integration on student results and teacher efficiency.
- Advocacy: Promote the responsible and efficient application of technology to encourage a culture of digital creativity within your school and throughout the region.
Qualifications
- Experience: Established track record as a committed educator in the GES system (or comparable learning setting) with extensive pedagogical expertise.
- Mindset: A deep passion for acquiring new technologies and a steadfast confidence in AI’s ability to improve education.
- Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating a proven capacity to mentor and instruct adult learners.
- Dedication: Readiness to engage in the full-time position and the obligations of the “Train-the-Trainer” framework.
