POSITION: Sales & Marketing Personnel

Luxxis Communications is looking to employ Sales & Marketing Staff.
Duties:
- Enhancing the current brands of the company and launching new products into the market.
- Evaluating budgets, creating yearly budget proposals, planning expenses, and confirming that the sales team achieves their targets and objectives.
- Investigating and creating marketing opportunities and strategies, comprehending consumer needs, recognizing market trends, and proposing system enhancements to fulfill the company’s marketing objectives.
- Collecting, analyzing, and condensing market information and trends to produce reports.
- Establishing new marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Hiring, training, organizing, mentoring, and overseeing marketing and sales teams to achieve sales and marketing personnel goals.
- Nurturing connections with key clients through frequent visits, comprehending their requirements, and foreseeing new marketing possibilities.
- Remaining updated in the field by participating in educational events, conferences, and workshops, reviewing articles, and nurturing both personal and professional connections.
Requisite Qualifications & Experience
- 1 year of experience
- Skillful in Microsoft Office
- Expressive and diligent
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a similar area.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Understanding of Digital Marketing
