POSITION: Digital Marketing Executive

Are you an innovative and results-oriented digital marketer eager to create change?
The African Entrepreneurship Academy (AEA Hub), based in Kwashieman, Hong Kong, is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Executive to become part of our expanding team.
Main Duties
- Oversee and expand our brand’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and oversee content and campaigns for the YouTube channel
- Boost online sales – oversee e-commerce visibility, marketing campaigns, and customer conversion paths.
- Create and execute successful digital marketing plans (SEO, Advertising, Email Campaigns, Influencer Engagement)
- Monitor and evaluate performance indicators to enhance campaigns
- Collaborate closely with our content and business development teams to meet monthly goals.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant area
- At least 2 years of experience in managing social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
- Extensive understanding of social media platforms, metrics, and trends
- Familiarity with managing YouTube content and advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of E-commerce platforms, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Advertising
- Essential creative graphic design abilities (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent tools) are required.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
