POSITION: Sales and Account Management Support

Based in Germany, our team consists of over 400 skilled individuals located in Ghana (Accra, Takoradi, and Kumasi) and Rwanda (Kigali).
Details of the Position
- Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office, 2 days working remotely
- Location: Ghana (Accra)
- Employment Type: Permanent, 40 hours per week.
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Account Management Support to enhance our Sales and Client Management processes. This position demands excellent communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and practical knowledge of tools like MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Confluence, and CRM platforms such as Pipedrive.
In the role of Sales and Account Management Support, you will work closely with Sales Managers and Account Managers to enhance operational efficiency, prepare and coordinate contracts, and produce presentations, reports, and documentation suited for clients. You will additionally manage internal logistics, meetings, and back-office operations to guarantee smooth assistance for both client-facing and internal teams.
Main Duties
Assistance with Sales and Account Management
- Draft agreements in accordance with the Sales and Account Management teams.
- Offer daily assistance to Account Managers, facilitating seamless client operations.
- Develop polished presentations (PowerPoint) for pitches, proposals, workshops, and internal briefings, adhering to brand standards.
- Create organized reports and documentation that correspond with account KPIs, utilizing Excel and Confluence.
Internal Sales Support and Administration
- Organize meetings, travel plans, and logistics for the Sales team.
- Create consistent updates and reports for the Sales team.
- Assist in outreach efforts and enhance overall back-office effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business Management or similar disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales assistance, account management, or executive support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to involve various stakeholders.
- Outstanding spoken and written English abilities
- Having experience in an international setting is a significant benefit.
- Systematic, meticulous, and problem-solving with a focus on processes.
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with solid experience in project management tools such as Confluence and CRM platforms like Pipedrive.
- Quick to learn and capable of adjusting to shifting business requirements
