What you will require…
Customer service is central to our operations, so you should possess experience in the service field and have interacted with a diverse range of individuals and clients. We provide a thorough onboarding process and extensive training, so we’re open to candidates from diverse fields like Retail, Hospitality, the creative arts, or any sector where customers are prioritized.
Leadership – You will collaborate in a small team consisting of 2-5 members (based on your center’s size), so prior experience in independent work is essential. Leaders at IWG are supportive, empathetic, and encouraging to make certain their team feels inspired to provide exceptional customer service daily. Tech – Our centres utilize various systems and technologies, so it’s essential to have a solid understanding of fundamental IT software like MS Office. We will instruct you on the remaining parts.
