POSITION: Stock Controller

Summary:
We are looking for a detail-focused mid-level inventory manager to become part of our expanding team. In this position, you will manage our inventory and supply chain, ensuring precision in meeting the company’s warehouse objectives.
Main Duties:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the company’s offerings and solutions.
- Supervising and participating in Operations like receiving, storing, and shipping products effectively with documentation.
- Utilize the organization’s inventory system to confirm precise inventory records, making sure physical items correspond with those in the system, monitor stock quantities, and perform routine audits.
- Enhancing processes through continual assessment and refinement of warehouse operations and storage methods.
- Quality Assurance through upholding elevated benchmarks for product quality, performing routine counts and inspections, and guaranteeing adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the sales, accounts, and closing departments to guarantee smooth supply chain processes.
- Deliver customer support by addressing inquiries and managing customer concerns while solving problems and ensuring that shipments are on time.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Generate daily reports that offer pertinent inventory information, including shortages, surpluses, damages, and delivery status, while overseeing the warehouse budget, tracking expenditures, and pinpointing cost-saving possibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated success in managing inventory.
- Comprehensive understanding of warehouse processes and functions. Familiarity with our
