POSITION: Engineering Coordinator

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Collaborate with different departments through telecommunication devices to address requests, solve maintenance problems, and designate rooms requiring maintenance as unavailable.
  • Collaborate and arrange with other divisions during significant system outages or substantial repairs or enhancements.
  • Keep a log of purchase orders and file them after payment, verifying that orders correspond with packing slips.
  • Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report maintenance issues, safety risks, accidents, or injuries; finish safety training and certifications; and correctly store combustible materials.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional appearance, uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information, and safeguard company assets.
  • Greet and recognize all visitors in line with company guidelines, foresee and meet guests’ service requirements, help those with disabilities, and express heartfelt gratitude to guests.
  • Communicate with others using precise and professional language; produce and assess written documents thoroughly and accurately; handle telephone calls with proper etiquette.
  • Foster and sustain constructive working relationships with colleagues; actively listen and address the concerns of fellow employees.
  • Guarantee compliance with quality benchmarks and criteria.
  • Examine tools, equipment, or machines visually. Transport, raise, haul, shove, tug, and set down items weighing 10 pounds or less unaided.
  • Examine and visually confirm details in multiple formats (e.g., fine print).
  • Access and find job-related data utilizing computers and/or point of sale systems.
  • Carry out additional reasonable job tasks as requested by Supervisors.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school certificate or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Management Experience: No management experience.
  • License or Certification: Not applicable
