POSITION: Internal Control Manager
Job Description
The Internal Control Manager will oversee the implementation of internal control standards on organizational business processes through risk assessment following the evaluation of financial and business operations. This position encompasses guiding risk evaluations throughout Country Business Units (CBU) and Danone Business Services (DBS), promoting standardization, automation, and simplification.
About You
- A bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a similar field and an advanced degree are desirable.
- At least 8 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in a multinational corporation, in Internal Controlling, External Auditing, or Finance, with a strong preference for experience in audit practices.
- Possessing a formal certificate (CIA, ACCA) or currently pursuing certification would be beneficial.
- Effective in navigating a fast-paced setting while handling several projects at the same time to address evolving organizational and departmental demands.
- Hands-on understanding of risks and Internal Control regulations in essential financial processes such as O2C, P2P, General Ledger, Financing & Treasury, along with an awareness of their effects on the quality of corporate financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adept at influencing and collaborating with senior corporate management.
