POSITION: Key Accounts Executive
Job Description
In your role as a Key Accounts Executive at Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you will strategically enhance product awareness, generate demand, and guarantee consistent product availability across the market and various institutions, including hospitals and clinics (and tenders).
Main Outputs:
- Performs customer segmentation in hospitals and clinics according to the Company’s guidelines to determine the best tools and frequency.
- Keeps hospitals and clinics’ databases current to guarantee a complete understanding of customer requirements for timely fulfillment.
- Stays informed about the newest product details for medical professionals, key opinion leaders, and pharmacists in different hospitals and clinics.
- Introduces and talks about company products with healthcare professionals and KOLs during in-person meetings and/or group presentations.
- Comprehends market insights for every institution (Hospitals and Clinics) to guarantee the attainment of both short-term and long-term business goals.
- Works alongside the Marketing team to enhance outcomes promptly and remains receptive to feedback and recommendations for improved market penetration.
- Adhering to all Corporate Policies and Procedures, while performing all job-related tasks with honesty and following elevated standards of business ethics.
Key Qualifications, Experience, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant discipline.
- 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Thorough and up-to-date understanding of corporate products and market developments.
- The motivation and enthusiasm to handle several accounts while seeking new prospects.
- Outstanding spoken and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to comprehend client requirements and manage the negotiation phase
