Job Overview
Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing the Corporate Banking Trade and working capital operations as a transactor by pushing product launches and sales via an established Trade and working capital strategy.
Are You a Person Who
- Oversee product development initiatives from business case stage to complete execution. Shape product development priorities grounded in solid business cases.
- Evaluate the current product lineup to pinpoint and record product deficiencies, ensuring that the existing offerings are aligned with market needs and satisfy customer demands.
- Comprehend the updated product commercialization plan and strategic innovations occurring within the bank.
- Act as the intermediary among the pertinent GPOs, operations, legal, compliance, and pricing departments.
- Comprehend the strategies and offerings of both traditional and non-traditional competitors.
- Set and oversee product goals, financial plans, and profit margins.
- Grasp the updated product launch plan and strategic advancements occurring throughout the bank.
- Comprehend the industry segments and the trends present in these segments.
- Collaborate with local Relationship Managers, Global Markets sales, and RMB SA teams to discover prospective clients.
- Oversee and measure the Trade and working capital deal pipeline.
- Conducting an analysis of client requirements to comprehend the client’s operations and processes, the scale of the client’s enterprise, banking requirements, and the essential strategy.
- Recognize and apply global best practices.
- Consistently promote and exemplify the values of First National Bank Ghana.

- Strong understanding of credit processes, supervision, and financial evaluation.
- Understanding of products: borrowing, treasury, and commerce.
- Proven skills in sales and negotiation.
- Expertise in risk management
- Familiar with Trade Deals and the related procedures.
- Excellent credit abilities will be an extra benefit.
- A demonstrated history in trade and working capital solutions.
- Analytical abilities for crafting credit applications
