POSITION: Virtual Assistant Intern

Position Overview

This is a remote part-time position for a Virtual Assistant Intern located in Accra. The Virtual Assistant Intern will help with different administrative duties, such as responding to emails, organizing meetings, and keeping track of calendar events. Duties also involve helping with data entry, preparing documents, and performing other clerical tasks as required. The intern will assist faculty and staff by facilitating effective communication and the smooth execution of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Exceptional skills in organization and time.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Robust communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fundamental understanding of data input and administrative duties.
• Capable of functioning autonomously and cooperatively within a team setting.
• Focus on precision and thoroughness in assignments.
• Experience in an academic environment is an advantage.
• A degree or diploma in a related area is desirable.
• A collaborative individual who is enthusiastic about learning and developing.
• Professional certifications are advantageous, but not essential.
