POSITION: HEAD OF SALES
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Career Options Africa Group is a human resources consultancy that focuses on recruitment, HR outsourcing, and immigration assistance across Africa, with locations in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa, and South Sudan.
A prominent FMCG Manufacturer, providing a diverse array of products to the entire East African and COMESA Markets, is seeking a Head of Sales in Accra, Ghana.
THE POSITION
We seek a seasoned Head of Sales with knowledge in fast-moving consumer goods, particularly in personal, home, and haircare sectors. Familiarity with the broader West Africa market is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate must possess the following qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a similar area. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- A professional certification provides an additional benefit.
- A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in FMCG in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiar with the principles and executives of major distributors, key account teams, institutions, and so on.
THE APPROPRIATE INDIVIDUAL FOR THE TASK
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies.
- Needs to be tactical and focused on outcomes.
- Should possess data literacy
- Must possess outstanding and advanced oral communication abilities.
WHAT WE ARE PROVIDING TO THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will receive a monthly salary of USD 2,000.
