POSITION: Area Sales & Marketing Officer

Role Objective
In your role as Area Sales & Marketing Officer, you will oversee sales execution and create marketing strategies for Oti, Greater Accra, and the Eastern Region. You will guarantee the achievement of our quarterly and daily sales objectives, oversee distributor networks, and assist in regional growth efforts.
Main Duties
Sales Implementation & Goal Attainment
- Provide weekly and daily product sales figures that align with quarterly KPIs.
- Consistently meet with prospective and current clients to present products.
- Monitor retail performance and keep precise records of daily package distributions.
- Coordinate actions with the regional marketing and promotion schedule.

- Onboard certified agents and zonal distributors based on quarterly acquisition goals.
- Form collaborations with retail establishments to enhance market presence and boost visibility.
- Assist wholesale partners through training and product knowledge.
Client Expansion & Retention Initiatives
- Create and implement strategies for customer retention, such as discounts and rewards.
- Gather market feedback and customer perspectives for campaign improvement.
- Organize localized product launches.
Compensation & Incentive Framework
- Monthly Pay: GHS 1,500.00 (Reviewable after 3–4 months of employment)
- Team Bonus Each Month: 50% of salary when targets are met.
- Quarterly Team Pool Bonus: Maximum of GHS 20,000 (distributed if objectives are achieved – for Officer and Driver).
- Daily overnight allowance: 20.00

Qualifications and Criteria
- HND, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a similar discipline
- Demonstrated experience in field sales (preferably in FMCG or agricultural products) and achieving or surpassing sales goals in a comparable position.
- Outstanding abilities in communication and negotiation.
- Deep understanding of the retail landscapes in Greater Accra, Oti, and the Eastern Region.
- Self-driven, disciplined, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
