POSITION: Customer Service Representative

Position Summary
- We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to become part of our team.
- Always exhibiting a positive, understanding, and professional demeanor towards customers.
- Timely addressing of customer questions.
- Interacting with clients via different platforms.
- Recognizing and addressing customer issues.
- Understanding our products thoroughly so you can respond to inquiries.
- Handling requests, applications, forms, and orders.
- Maintaining documentation of customer engagements, transactions, feedback, and grievances.
- Interacting and organizing with coworkers as needed.
- Assessing the effectiveness of the customer service process.
- Supervising a group of entry-level customer service agents.
- Guarantee client contentment and deliver expert customer assistance.
Required Qualification and Experience
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related area is advantageous.
- Experience: Previous involvement in customer-oriented positions (retail, call centers, hospitality) is greatly appreciated.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of CRM systems (such as Salesforce or Zendesk), email applications, and fundamental office software (Word, Excel)
- Capacity to remain composed when clients are anxious or distressed.
- At ease with using computers.
- Experience in customer support roles.
