POSITION: Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

  • We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to become part of our team.
  • Always exhibiting a positive, understanding, and professional demeanor towards customers.
  • Timely addressing of customer questions.
  • Interacting with clients via different platforms.
  • Recognizing and addressing customer issues.
  • Understanding our products thoroughly so you can respond to inquiries.
  • Handling requests, applications, forms, and orders.
  • Maintaining documentation of customer engagements, transactions, feedback, and grievances.
  • Interacting and organizing with coworkers as needed.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of the customer service process.
  • Supervising a group of entry-level customer service agents.
  • Guarantee client contentment and deliver expert customer assistance.

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related area is advantageous.
  • Experience: Previous involvement in customer-oriented positions (retail, call centers, hospitality) is greatly appreciated.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of CRM systems (such as Salesforce or Zendesk), email applications, and fundamental office software (Word, Excel)
  • Capacity to remain composed when clients are anxious or distressed.
  • At ease with using computers.
  • Experience in customer support roles.
