POSITION: Senior Sales Officer

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Omni Diagnostics Limited, a leading laboratory service provider renowned for its precise and comprehensive diagnostic solutions, is seeking a skilled and committed Senior Sales Officer to join our team and contribute to enhancing customer acquisition, achieving revenue growth objectives, and fostering strong client relationships.

DUTIES:

Increase in Revenue and Attainment of Goals:

  • Consistently meet revenue and volume goals
  • Obtain new customers to meet sales goals.
  • Proactively look for chances to upsell and cross-sell to current customers.
  • Ensure that you collect all receivables on time, without exceeding the agreed-upon credit time limit.

Client Experience and Sales Operations:

  • Cultivate and sustain effective, professional connections with essential stakeholders in designated customer accounts.
  • Monitor customer feedback as a component of the customer relationship management, feedback, and tracking system.
  • Leverage online marketing channels to boost visibility.
  • Oversight of significant accounts.
  • Develop and foster robust, enduring customer relationships by collaborating with them and comprehending their requirements.

Formulation and execution of sales tactics:

  • Create and execute strategic sales strategies that grow the company’s clientele and reinforce its market position.
  • Recognize customer requirements and offer suggestions for enhancing the product range based on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Manage sales operations for the assigned products and services, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop both a short-term and long-term sales strategy to meet the established goals.

Reporting and Team Oversight:

  • Provide the management team with current sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with practical forecasts for informed decision-making.
  • Supervise the actions and results of the sales team.
  • Manage customer relationship management.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Managing Director.
  • Compile and present reports on every activity (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
  • Evaluate and report on sales outcomes while creating strategies to enhance pertinent key performance metrics.
  • Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as instructed by the Managing Director.

INTERNAL CONNECTIONS:

  • Keeps in touch with all members of the management team and departmental heads regarding issues related to corporate and strategic objectives, along with compliance management.

OUTSIDE AFFAIRS:

  • Keeps connections with corporate entities, hospitals, laboratories, medical insurers, educational institutions, and relevant statutory bodies as necessary for business.

OWNERSHIP OF ASSETS:

Accountable for safeguarding, preserving, and optimizing the use of all ASSETS, including laptops and cash allocated to the organization.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from a respected university.
  • At least six (6) years of professional experience in a similar area.
  • Should be accredited by a professional organization like CIM UK/ CIMG,

SKILLED ABILITIES:

  • Understanding of strategic sales planning.
  • Capability to predict sales outcomes and evaluate data.
  • Capability to comprehend sales and marketing ideas and fundamentals.
  • Exhibition of outstanding negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales applications and analytical tools for sales data.
  • Capability to create sales reports and PowerPoint presentations.

TRAITS AND SKILLS:

  • The capability to connect efficiently with individuals across all levels.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Assertiveness – the capacity to express opinions and maintain them when needed.
  • Managing stress: the capability to handle demands from work, time, and interpersonal relationships.
