POSITION: Quality Evaluator
Position Overview
The Quality Evaluator oversees and assesses inbound and/or outbound calls and various customer communication channels (such as email and chat) for precision and compliance with set quality benchmarks. This role supports the evaluation of quality standards, offering insights to clients to aid in enhancing program performance.
To succeed in this role, you need to demonstrate complete flexibility to work different shifts, from Monday to Sunday.
Owing to remarkable expansion, we’re looking for people who are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service to become part of our skilled Quality team at our newly established office located in Accra City Centre!
What you will be doing
- Reviews, assesses, and/or inspects a selection of incoming and/or outgoing calls and various communication channels such as chat and email.
- Satisfy departmental productivity standards (e.g. quantity of monitored calls monthly, number of assessed emails, etc.) and communicate evaluation outcomes to relevant Business stakeholders (Quality Leadership, Delivery Team, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners).
- Engage in calibration meetings/call review sessions with Quality personnel, Delivery, and clients to guarantee scoring uniformity and adherence to best practices.
- Engage in internal quality audits (e.g., regular assessments of current processes to evaluate control and effectiveness) aimed at enhancing overall contact quality and suggesting improvements.
- Sustain a robust program knowledge foundation; fundamental comprehension of client offerings, services, and/or program tactics
- Engage in quality task forces alongside Business stakeholders (Quality Leadership, Operations, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners); fulfil phone time to stay updated on programs (when relevant).
- Assist in upkeeping the documentation for forms and legends.
- Assist management in concentrating on the evaluation of essential factors, metrics, and operational procedures (including Training) that influence Balanced Scorecards and measure profitability targets.
What will be required
- Associate’s Degree in a relevant area from a four-year college or university with 2 years of experience desired.
- Keen focus on the specifics.
- Initiative-driven, has a strong sense of urgency, and performs effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Proven capability to handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines for submissions.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
