Job Summary
- Position Title: Enumerator
- Location: Greater Accra.

- Reports to: Field Supervisor
Job Description
IPA seeks to hire Enumerators to oversee field operations for a new research project. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for the aforementioned position.
The Enumerator will be involved in gathering quantitative data in the Greater Accra Region.
Duties
- Administer questionnaires to chosen research subjects.
- Administer EGRA/EGMA evaluations for chosen students.
- Perform classroom observations in chosen schools.
- Coordination with Research Associate/Field Manager and other direct supervisors.
- Carry out additional tasks associated with the project.
- Follow all IPA survey and data procedures
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized institution with a minimum of one year of experience in data/field collection.
- Experience carrying out quantitative field tasks in an educational setting.
- Experience in performing student evaluation activities (EGRA/EGMA)
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Capability to communicate in any or a mix of the following languages: Twi, Dangme, Ewe, Ga.
- Experience in conducting interviews with SurveyCTO is a beneficial asset.
- Must reside in Accra and nearby areas throughout the data collection period.
- There will be a conduction of an aptitude test and interviews for candidates shortlisted from outside.
- Trainees who excel in the surveyor training will be evaluated for an auditor role.
- Living in Accra is more desirable.
