POSITION: Customer Service Advisor
Position Summary
The Customer Service Advisor I role interacts with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, or online, based on client needs. This role offers customer service assistance and addresses common issues related to the client’s products or services.
Key Duties/Core Responsibilities
- Guarantee that the service provided to our clients fulfills the agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’).
- Elucidate customer needs; inquire for comprehension, utilize decision-aiding tools and resources to effectively offer solutions to the customer.
- Pay close attention to customer needs and issues; show understanding while taking advantage of chances to establish a connection with the customer.
- Welcome customers politely, amicably, and professionally by following the established protocols.
- Keep a foundational understanding of client offerings and/or services.
- Create thorough and precise work while correctly documenting accounts as necessary.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and business results.
- Provide supplementary products and/or services
- Monitor, record, and access data in the call tracking database.
- Address customer questions by directing them to available resources, secondary references, or higher-level personnel.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: High school degree or equivalent; 3 to 6 months of related experience is preferred.
- Language Proficiencies: Effective oral and written communication abilities in English (at least B2 proficiency).
- Technical Abilities: Skilled in maneuvering through computer systems and familiar PC software.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Polite with a robust focus on customer service.
Soft Skills:
- Dependable and meticulous.
- Exhibits patience and professionalism during interactions with customers.
- Excellent capacity for multitasking and rapid adaptation to shifting priorities.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Capability to function autonomously and cooperatively within a group.
Availability: Openness to working on a rotating schedule, encompassing evenings, weekends, and holidays.
