As an Infra Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in enhancing automation within the organization’s IT infrastructure. You will develop and maintain scripts and playbooks, manage CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure operations are scalable, reliable, and efficient.

The role involves hands-on work with Ansible and Python, along with supporting tools such as ELK stack, GIT, REST APIs, shell scripts, and PowerShell. You will also create and maintain design documentation that underpins automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks for automation of CI/CD pipelines.
Implement automation solutions using Python and object-oriented programming concepts.
Work with ELK stack, GIT, REST APIs, shell scripts, and PowerShell to support infrastructure operations.
Create and maintain design documentation for automation workflows and processes.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automation scripts and solutions.

Requirements

5 to 7 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and automation.
Minimum of 2.5 years of hands-on experience with Ansible.
Minimum of 2.5 years of experience with Python programming.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
Experience with ELK stack, GIT, REST APIs, shell scripting, and PowerShell.
Ability to create clear and detailed design documentation.
US work authorization required (US Citizen, GC, GC-EAD, or H1B eligible).
