The Opportunity

We are seeking a versatile and creative Videographer and Graphic Designer for a full-time, on-site position in Accra. This role is central to our marketing and brand strategy, requiring a professional who excels in both visual design and dynamic video production. You will create compelling content that showcases our properties, engages our audience, and strengthens our market presence.

Role Description

As our in-house creative expert, you will produce high-quality visual assets across all platforms. You will develop graphics, logos, and branding materials while also shooting and editing video content, reels, and promotional features. Your work will ensure consistency, innovation, and alignment with Shelter Mart’s brand identity across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

Your creative output will directly influence our marketing success. Core duties include:

First, you will design visually striking graphics for social media, web content, print collateral, and promotional campaigns.
You will shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content, including property showcases, client testimonials, and digital ads.
A primary responsibility involves creating motion graphics, animations, and smooth transitions to enhance visual storytelling.
Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute integrated creative campaigns.
You will also ensure strict brand consistency across all visual outputs, from digital ads to printed brochures.
Additionally, you will conduct basic market and design trend research to keep our content fresh and competitive.
You will optimize all visual assets for various platforms and formats, maintaining and updating website banners and digital advertisements.
Finally, you will test designs across different devices and channels, refining based on performance and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate is a multi-skilled creative with technical proficiency:

Strong proficiency in graphic design, videography, video editing, and motion graphics.
Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (or equivalent tools).
A solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
A creative thinker with the ability to present ideas clearly and visually.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Previous experience in real estate marketing or similar content creation is a strong advantage.
A degree or background in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or a related field is preferred.
