The Opportunity

We are seeking a creative and strategic Branding, Marketing & Communications Officer to amplify our mission. This central role is responsible for building and sustaining RevnaBio’s brand presence across all audiences and platforms. You will shape our narrative, drive precision medicine education, and manage key communication functions, ensuring our story is told with clarity, impact, and creativity both internally and externally.

Role Overview

You will design and execute integrated communications strategies that elevate our brand. Your work will span content creation, public relations, digital marketing, and executive support. This position is ideal for a versatile communicator passionate about translating complex science into compelling stories that educate and engage diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Your expertise will drive our visibility and voice across multiple critical areas:

Integrated Branding & Marketing:

Develop and implement a cohesive, multi-channel branding and marketing communications strategy.
Create engaging content across platforms, including press releases, thought leadership articles, social media campaigns, and event materials.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity in all external and internal communications.
Source and manage strategic advertising opportunities in relevant print and digital media.

Precision Medicine Education:

Develop clear, accessible educational content on precision medicine for clinicians, partners, and the public.
Coordinate webinars, workshops, and digital campaigns to build awareness and understanding of digital health innovations.

Public Relations & Executive Support:

Manage all media relations, including query responses, interview coordination, and proactive reputation management.
Support executive leadership by preparing briefing materials, speaking proposals, and external communications.
Assist with grant proposal development, ensuring alignment with funding and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Collaborate closely with scientific, administrative, and design teams to produce high-quality outputs.
Conduct market research to generate insights that inform communication strategy.
Provide regular, detailed reports on all communications, PR, and educational activities.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate is a proactive and skilled communicator with a health or science affinity:

A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
A minimum of five years of proven experience in branding, marketing, or communications, preferably within healthcare, science, or technology.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills adaptable for various channels and audiences.
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a consistent record of meeting deadlines.
A creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with the capacity to work independently.
