Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a multi-level maintenance team to build capability and consistency

Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams on installations and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in heavy manufacturing maintenance environments
Strong technical background with early hands-on maintenance experience
Proven leadership experience managing and developing maintenance teams
Solid CMMS experience, preferably with systems such as FIIX
Strong troubleshooting skills with a root-cause analysis mindset
