The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking to recruit dynamic and experienced candidates for the positions described below.
POSITIONS
1 . Driver
- To begin with, Operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner and always follow road safety standards.
- Then, Ensure that you keep project vehicles clean and road worthy.
- Also, Check vehicle condition/requirement and fill-in the Logbook properly.
- Moreover, Ensure use of project vehicles follows CIP motor vehicle policy.
- Additionally, Conduct day-to-day vehicle checks on oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres etc. and timely report any noted defects to the supervisor.

2 . Knowledge Management Assistant
- Assist the M&E and IT Specialist in the design of data collection tools using ODK or CSPro software.
- Assist in assuring the proper documentation and archiving of all monitoring and survey data and assuring that data are open access.

3 . Finance and Administration Assistant
- To begin with, Control petty cash to ensure a proper reimbursement
- Then, Checks appropriateness of payment supporting documents; checks the availability of funds before effective payment.
- Also, Ensures the full recording and completeness of transactions in USD and Local Currency.
- Moreover, Accomplishes monthly cash position report and submit to the supervisor and HQ
