Position: Inventory control manager

What will your role be?
Responsible for analysing and coordinating the company’s supply chain. You will monitor and report on our Company’s inventory levels. You will be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, and performing a daily analysis.
Main responsibilities will be:
- Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimise inventory control procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
- Direct the allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products.
- Design strategies to minimise the cost or time required to move goods.
- Review the success of logistical functions and identify areas for improvement.
- Present performance data to management.
- Propose improvements to management and develop inventory models decision-making on innovation. to support
- Stay current on advances in logistics technology and incorporate technologies into procedures.
- Ensure that stock count and valuation differences are reconciled and investigated timely with austive explanations
- Lead a team of storage/warehousing personnel through process of counting and recording inventory.
- Responsible for actual inventory counts; must be knowledgeable about inventory items to be counted, the counting procedures used, and location of all inventories.

What kind of profile are we looking for?
- You hold a master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting / Finance, Purchasing and Supply
- Minimum of five years post qualification experience in financial accounting with proven integrity.
- Professional Qualification in supply chain management will be an advantage
