POSITION: Sales Manager, Retail Banking
SUMMARY
Sales Manager explains new products, assists with account openings provides advice, cross-sell products, and responds to complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with their banking needs.
- Providing advice and suggestions.
- Opening and closing savings and checking accounts.
- Cross-selling financial services and products.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Escalating issues to the bank manager, when necessary.
- Performing basic office and clerical duties.
- Reporting to the banking manager.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary

QUALIFICATION
- A first degree
- A graduate degree is an advantage
- Upwards of three years experience in relationship management in SME BSDI
