Jibu Ghana is a dynamic social enterprise dedicated to increasing access to safe, affordable drinking water and innovative products through a powerful franchising network. We connect with communities by providing essential hydration solutions and building sustainable local businesses. To support our expanding mission, we are seeking energetic and community-focused Sales Executives to join our team in Accra.
This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with people and believe in the transformative power of clean water. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Jibu in your assigned territory, educating customers, building relationships, and directly contributing to our growth and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will be diverse and field-based, focusing on direct community engagement:
- Conduct proactive customer outreach to educate households and businesses about Jibu water and our product portfolio.
- Generate qualified sales leads and consistently update customer information in our database.
- Execute targeted sales and marketing activities within your designated territory to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Perform direct field sales to a diverse client base, including retailers, offices, and individual households.
- Introduce customers to new products and services, clearly explaining features and benefits.
- Gather valuable customer feedback on our products and promptly resolve any complaints or concerns.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships through regular follow-up visits to homes and workplaces.
- Represent the Jibu brand professionally at all times, upholding our values of community and quality.
Your Profile and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A strong passion for sales, customer service, and community engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools for data entry and communication.
- The ability to work independently in the field while adhering to team goals.
- A positive, resilient attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference.
Educational Requirement:
Relevant qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field are beneficial. However, we highly value drive, integrity, and a proven ability to connect with people.
