Job Description
Conservation International stands at the forefront of global conservation, working across science, policy, and finance to protect Earth’s most vital ecosystems. Through partnerships with governments, Indigenous communities, and the private sector, we secure critical natural reserves that benefit both biodiversity and human well-being.
The Seed Fund represents a groundbreaking €115 million initiative supported by leading governments and foundations, with a bold vision to expand beyond €200 million. This strategic fund accelerates the implementation of high-impact ‘Country Packages’ in nations such as Ghana, Peru, and the Democratic Republic of Congo—fostering collaboration to protect forests, mangroves, oceans, and the communities that depend on them.

- Oversee the creation and publication of digital content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging.
- Monitor and evaluate communication campaign performance, using insights to optimize future outreach.
- Collaborate with website management teams to ensure content remains current, accessible, and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Support crisis communication efforts and protect the Fund’s reputation during sensitive situations.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in French or Spanish is highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience managing media relations and cultivating press partnerships.
- Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and foster collaborative relationships across cultures.
