Job Title: Sales & Onboarding Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Onboarding Executive to join our growing team. This unique role combines customer acquisition with seamless onboarding, placing you at the forefront of Moove’s mission to transform mobility ecosystems and create economic opportunities in the transportation sector.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Engage potential drivers through multiple channels and effectively communicate Moove’s value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with driver agencies to ensure they meet company performance standards.
- Manage driver referral programs and incentive schemes to stimulate organic growth.
- Deliver exceptional in-person support that exceeds driver expectations throughout their journey.
Onboarding and Driver Enablement:
- Guide new drivers through the complete onboarding process with clarity and professionalism.
- Educate drivers on Moove’s tools, policies, and procedures to ensure their long-term success.
- Verify driver documentation and maintain compliance with company standards during registration.
- Facilitate smooth account transfers for all onboarded drivers to the Moove Fleet system.
Operational Excellence and Performance Tracking:
- Monitor key performance indicators, including daily sign-ups, conversion rates, and trip targets.
- Resolve driver issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels across the driver community.
- Collaborate with the City Fleet Manager to strengthen driver relations and operational harmony.
- Develop and maintain driver acquisition dashboards to track performance across various channels.
Your Profile and Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in operations, logistics, or marketplace roles within mobility or technology sectors.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
