Role Expectations

As our Social Media and Content Manager, you will take full responsibility for our digital presence. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a content strategy that amplifies our brand and drives engagement. Key expectations include:
Creating high-impact short-form videos and entertaining reels that capture audience attention and generate significant traction.
Managing and growing our social media pages through consistent daily activity and strategic content planning.
Planning, editing, and publishing polished professional content that maintains brand consistency across all platforms.
Supporting marketing campaigns with creative content that reinforces our brand identity and messaging.
Utilizing basic design and editing skills to produce visually appealing content using either mobile applications or software tools.
Working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.

Your Profile and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in social media management with proven results in audience growth and engagement.
A strong portfolio showcasing successful reel production, TikTok content, or other branded video material.
Deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and emerging digital trends.
Ability to provide examples of previous work that demonstrate content performance and creative ability.
Self-motivated work ethic with reliability and commitment to delivering consistent output.
