Medtronic is seeking a Senior EP Mapping Specialist to provide advanced clinical and technical support for its Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) portfolio. Working remotely within an assigned territory, the successful candidate will partner with physicians, clinicians, engineers, and sales teams to support cardiac electrophysiology procedures using advanced mapping and navigation technologies.

Job Duties

Provide clinical and technical support to physicians and healthcare professionals using EP mapping and navigation systems.
Deliver product training and education on Cardiac Ablation Solutions products and related procedures.
Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic cardiac mapping technologies.
Support regional and territory sales objectives by assisting with customer engagement and product adoption.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
Partner with Account Managers, Regional Managers, and Area Directors to identify business opportunities.
Conduct customer training sessions alongside local sales and clinical teams.
Serve as the primary clinical representative for Medtronic Cardiac Ablation Solutions products.
Act as a regional expert and mentor for mapping technology and clinical best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and procedural success.

Job Requirements

High school diploma with at least 8 years of experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or an associate degree with 6 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Cardiovascular Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related technical field is preferred.
Experience in cardiac electrophysiology laboratories, cardiac catheter ablation, hospital clinical settings, or EP medical device sales.
Proven experience delivering technical or clinical training.
Strong knowledge of cardiac mapping and navigation systems.
Ability to travel more than 25% of the time, including overnight travel when required.
Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance.
Ability to work within an assigned sales territory and respond to unscheduled customer needs.
Comfort working in environments involving infectious diseases and radiation exposure.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer support skills.
