Job Duties

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence for athletic leadership.
  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for the athletics department.
  • Prepare and edit reports, documents, and official communications.
  • Coordinate event logistics and departmental meetings.
  • Liaise with coaches, campus departments, community partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning fundraising, donor relations, and community engagement events.
  • Support administrative operations and departmental coordination activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required.
  • Two to four years of administrative or executive support experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard administrative systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
