Role Overview

As an Electric Motor Rewinder, you will perform essential maintenance and repair services on industrial electric motors and related equipment. Your precision work will directly contribute to manufacturing efficiency and equipment reliability within our ceramic production facility. This position requires strong technical capabilities and commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Disassemble, inspect, and assess industrial electric motors for repair needs
Rewind motor coils and replace damaged components according to specifications
Perform precision balancing and alignment of motor assemblies
Test repaired motors to ensure proper operation and safety compliance
Conduct routine maintenance on motor systems to prevent operational failures
Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective repair solutions
Maintain accurate service records and maintenance documentation
Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime
Adhere to manufacturer specifications and industry standards for all repairs
Implement safety protocols during maintenance operations
Use specialized testing equipment to verify motor performance
Ensure workshop cleanliness and proper tool maintenance

Qualifications and Experience

Formal technical qualification in electrical engineering or related trade
Demonstrated experience in electric motor rewinding and repair
Comprehensive knowledge of motor types and electrical systems
Proficiency with rewinding equipment and testing instruments
Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical specifications
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
