Job Description

Graphic Communications Group Limited, Ghana’s premier media organization, seeks dynamic Commission Sales Executives to expand our advertising market share. This role offers ambitious sales professionals an exceptional opportunity to monetize their networks while promoting diverse media products across print, digital, and event platforms.

Role Overview

As a Commission Sales Executive, you will develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships. Your primary focus will involve selling advertising space across multiple media channels and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement. This position rewards initiative, persistence, and results with competitive commission-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure advertising clients for print, digital, and social media platforms
  • Sell comprehensive company services including packaging, courier, and printing solutions
  • Develop new revenue streams by identifying and pursuing untapped market opportunities
  • Negotiate competitive advertising packages and sponsorship agreements
  • Create tailored advertising campaigns that align with client objectives
  • Advise clients on optimal media placement and campaign formatting
  • Promote corporate events to secure meaningful sponsorships and partnerships
  • Maintain accurate sales records and achieve weekly revenue targets
  • Gather client feedback to enhance service delivery and address concerns
  • Build lasting relationships with diverse clients across multiple sectors
  • Monitor industry trends to identify emerging advertising opportunities
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Requirements:

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum one year of post-national service sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and client acquisition
  • Professional marketing certification
  • Experience in media sales or advertising environments
  • Existing network of potential advertising clients
